Dr. Medina Is an excellent doctor, professional and compassionate. She is kind and caring, She listens to me, and treats me like family! She’s amazing and I'm so grateful she’s MY DOCTOR!! I travel all the way from Davenport to see her; that says a lot about how amazing Dr. Medina really is.

I would never recommend this doctor! Needed to get an urgent appointment for our elderly mother (who has been a patient for years!) and was told they were full until February! They put her on a "work in" list and got her in a week later. During that appointment Dr. Medina would not answer our questions, claiming she didn't have time because they had worked her in and other patients needed her. Dr. Medina is very knowledgeable, kind, and professional. Instead of just prescribing medicine, she will do tests to get to the root cause. Dr. Medina also takes her time with her patients and listens to their concerns. Thank you. Best Dr in Central Florida.
Excellent Dr. However, there is a need for better front desk staff. The front desk needs further training and review of PHI and HIPPA training, as well as how to handle their own mistakes with patients. They are not transparent about how to cancel appointments when they are double booked, making up excuses to cancel your session. They do not have adequate experience to check insurance or communicate with their own practice when administrative changes occur.
