Dr. Madrid is wonderful and takes the time to listen to me and answer my questions and concerns, I've never had a bad experience and I'm high maintenance!!!
Dr. Madrid is by far the worst doctor I've ever encountered. When asking her specific questions about abnormal blood results she was rude and condescending and specifically told me "if you want to know what it means the I suggest you go to medical school". Further, she refused to test my A1C even though I have a family history of diabetes and am showing warning signs.
I would highly recommended Dr. Madrid. She’s very detailed clinically and has a great personality.
Dr. Madrid is an absolutely phenomenal doctor! I presented to her as a new patient with many odd symptoms and a few of them were pretty worrisome. She handled everything with care and sensitivity, ordering all the tests to get to the bottom of it. More importantly, she was incredibly empathetic to my situation; checking in on me regularly, making sure I was doing okay, letting me know about results as soon as they were in.
