Will never use her again. My dad bought a house from her and she was constantly telling him he was "asking too much" from the sellers to fix major issues. When we did the final walk through the house was trashed and she told us it was too late to have it cleaned and we had to take it as is cause we were signing in 2 days. I walked out back and FELL THROUGH THE DECK holding my 9 month old son and she just shrugged at us and told us we'd already asked too much having them patch the roof and basically it was our problem now.
