Dr. Kern and her supporting staff were very professional, efficient, and helpful. As having just moved to Colorado I needed a new primary care physician to help refill some prescriptions and do a general check-in and Dr. Kern was great. She was thorough and caring when discussing sensitive subjects. Everyone was very friendly. Will definitely continue going back.
I went in yesterday to see Dr Kern. I’ve had a cold for 6 days & I was feeling worse everyday. From the moment Dr Kern walked in she seemed rush, she quickly looked me over & said it was a virus, that I didn’t need any medication. I told her that this didn’t feel like a typical cold that I felt terrible she then insisted it was a cold & that I continue doing what I was doing which was lots of liquids & rest. I just spoke with Dr Kern who was on call for my wonderful SCL physician. I would give Dr Kern zero stars if I could. She made it seem as if I were bothering her! She interrupted me and said “What do you want me to do for you?” when I was giving complicated medical history because she did not have access to my chart. Where was she outer space?
