IM NOT A CLIENT. However, after talking to 10 attorneys for free, when i decide to hire one & try to shop Black, I'm hit with a $150 consultation fee WITHOUT A HINT OF THE POSSIBLE RETAINER. I have 10k, but not 20. Why would an attorney at least do a basic consultation free to find out if I'm at least in her ball park. And it was HARD to find a Black attorney in this field.
