Tanya has a calming presence and brings a feeling of warmth, love, acceptance and true gratitude to every practice. Her sessions always vary and are very healing. She is well versed in somatic movement and her instruction comes very naturally. I 100% recommend her classes! When she was on the mainland I went to her classes 2-3 times per week for about 2 years. I loved the experience of connecting with nature through a wonderful meditation guidance Tanya gave us. Yoga , noble silence, meditations , exceptional food , body therapy , met great people ….. the best way is for you to try it yourself . Amazing experience!!
Doing the early morning weekday yoga over zoom with Tanya is a great way to ease into the day with less stiffness in the body and a calmer mind with the meditation
I was so happy to learn that I could zoom into Tanya's excellent yoga classes from afar. I had experienced her sessions in person before, and she was my favourite teacher at the studio. Her authentic teaching style, skilled guidance that translates so well even over zoom, and intuitive ability to 'read the room' leaves me feeling so much more healed and nurtured than when I showed up. The Yoga Nidra series was so helpful for my insomnia and anxiety, and I can't wait for more. Thank you Tanya.
