I had such a wonderful experience with Aly Tisthammer and cannot recommend her enough. She is incredibly patient, takes the time to listen thoroughly to every question, and explains everything clearly without ever making you feel rushed. Her genuine passion for her work and true investment in her patient's well-being make all the difference and are hard to find. Her expertise and care made such a meaningful difference in how prepared I am for delivery. She is truly wonderful at what she does!
I really enjoyed working with Naz! She was incredibly helpful in my postpartum recovery. She provided me with great exercises that have strengthened everything I need to get back into running and other activities postpartum. I found her super knowledgeable about the pelvic floor and body kinetics in general. She really knows her stuff! I highly recommend seeing her for any pelvic floor concerns.

I went to Naz for pelvic floor therapy after my third c-section and am so grateful for the care she has provided. She listened to all my concerns and not only helped address them in the short term but also helped me build a long term plan. She helped me with rebuilding my core, deep breathing, scar massage, and addressing pain points. I wish I had found her earlier during pregnancy and after my prior 2 sections!
Would thoroughly recommend this practice. Aly was wonderful with helping me address issues in my third trimester and then post partum.
