Tanya and her team are incredible! Emotional regulation is NOT my strong suit but joining this studio my strong suit is now me! I come in a lot angry, anxious, or overwhelmed but I always feel happy, calm and ready to take on the rest of my day! All the staff and other members are so up beat friendly and supportive!

Hands down, best choice I’ve made training at Tanya Gets You Fit, Granby, MA. Tanya Ryan Patruno is VERY friendly and makes me actually want to go train. I look forward to walking through the doors and always feel amazing when I leave. It's great that it is so close to both South Hadley and Granby, and there is free parking provided. Run to this gym to get in shape while having fun.
