This medical practice is all about upselling their patients. If you don't (or can't afford to) pay their exorbitant "concierge" fee, or agree to schedule (and pay for) unnecessary appointments (when a portal message would do just fine), Dr. Fatimi will firewall you. She literally will not respond to any messages you send -- EVEN IF YOU ARE IN PHYSICAL PAIN AND EVEN IF YOU ARE IN DISTRESS ABOUT YOUR CONDITION. Dr Fatimi knowingly withheld medication that I need to sleep on May 27, 2020 leading to a sleepless night of uncontrolled leg spasms whenever I sat or laid down (see video). She insisted on a visit even though this is a maintenance med that I've been taking for 10 years and I moved out of state. Under pressure I agreed to the teledoc visit as long as she could do it that day so I could get my medication. I didn't hear back until the next day.
