I was previously in another health system and became very comfortable there. My health condition was unfortunately getting worse. I tried several other Endocrinologist's and getting the same poor result. I am so greatful to have found Dr Mody. She was able to explain my situation in verbatim I can understand. She developed a targeted and intricate plan of attack. I am not to comfortable with technology. The Optum at her office were so amazing and patient with me. Thank You very much Dr Mody and Optum
I do not recommend this doctor. When I asked questions about my condition, she did not seem knowledgeable or interested in helping. Her demeanor gave me the impression that she was just there for a paycheck, not to provide meaningful care. As someone actively seeking answers to a medical issue this was incredibly disappointing. I left the appointment feeling unheard, dismissed, and more anxious than when I arrived. Please do yourself a favor and find an endocrinologist who genuinely listens and cares. Our experience with Dr. mody was below 1 star. I wish I could give negative stars. She was the most irresponsible Dr. My 21 yr old daughter when to see her about her health issue. Dr. Mody prescribed meds and did a follow up but didn’t do bloodwork to see how the meds effected her. When we asked to do bloodwork, she said it was unnecessary. At the follow up appointment, she asked if one of the health issues changed and since it didn’t, she said that the meds didn’t work and she couldn’t help her.
