I first moved to the Triangle in 2010 and havent looked back since. As a specialty physician in the community, I aim to help navigate and support my patients through often complicated conditions. In particular, I have a keen interest in liver disease, inflammatory bowel disease and anorectal disease. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, cooking, golfing and being outdoors.

DR. Tanvir Haque, MD is a very attentive Doctor. Allowing for time to discuss and review your information and discuss options. His diagnoses are spot on and makes you feel very comfortable and that your needs are taken care of. Highly recommend him.
Dr. Hacque was on time, polite, took a detailed history and explained things thoroughly in an easy to understand manner. My sister and I were both patients of his and we found his bedside manner honest and reassuring. He took the time to make sure we understood all options and any possible repercussions of any and all choices we made. I would highly recommend him both as a skilled professional and as a kind, understanding person.
