I have been a patient of Dr. Kotak for almost two years, and have had nothing but wonderful experiences in dealing with her and her staff. Calls are returned promtly, appointments are on time and not rushed. Dr. Kotak talks to you for a bit, asking questions to help remind you of any issues you may have forgotten. I was extremely upset with a serious health issue prior to my first visit, and the staff was courteous, sympathetic, and quick to respond to my questions and concerns.

I am very pleased with Dr Kotak's care and the service given by her staff in handling my 96-year-old mother. They don't hesitate to respond to my long distance phone calls. I just made sure they had the Medical Power of Attorney and have all the insurance info including her mail order pharmacy. The office has wheelchair access of course. Normally, they process patients efficiently so that visit times are reasonable, not excessive.

Uncaring and unconcerned. Muy Dad went to go see her for his initial visit. He had injured his leg 1.5 weeks prior to his appointment. Saying she was unconcerned is an understatement….even told him “yeah I seen you limping when you got of the car, that’s normal” WHAAATTTT… no ortho referral, no imaging ordered… nothing but a possible calcium build up. This Dr. Is a quack and very dangerous

I have recently moved my grandfather here and am helping him with his care. I set him up at this office for primary care and everybody has been fantastic. I have spoken personally with Dr Kotak. There staff and nurse went above and beyond and Even provided transportation from his home to them. There is nothing negative I can say, they have been great and I recommend them.

Both Dr. Kotak and ARNP C. Dotson are great physicians who will actually take the time to listen to you. Where some people are looking more for professionalism with their doctors I look for humanism. Someone who will be kind, caring, and take an interest in what I have to say about how I am feeling, not assume they know everything after spending 5 minutes with me and maybe reading a few answers to even fewer questions.
