My experience at Tantrum deserved taking the time to express how bad it fell short of the standards I expected from the good reviews online. From the moment I arrived, customer service was lacking. I stood at the entrance for quite some time without anyone acknowledging or greeting me until the receptionist eventually showed up. Once seated, I had to wait for my stylist who was getting a haircut at the time of my appointment. It's always a treat visiting my favorite place, I've been going to Tantrum for 10+ years now...the staff is always welcoming, and a joy to be around. Keith is an artist and knows how to work with my very thick hair. They are a salon that cares and wants you to leave better then you arrived. Thank you Tantrum for all you do :)
Great salon. The owners are wonderful. Lisa has gone above & beyond for me. My stylist Nic is the best. Highly recommend!
