Helena is amazing at what she does. She has amazing techniques and knowledge of Tantra. I learnt amazing techniques from her. I am enjoying my Tantra journey which I learnt from her. I am lucky that I found a great teacher.
I was a bit hesitant to try tantra at first, but the way Helena works is so gentle and loving that all my doubts disappeared. I ended up attending a couple of her retreats, and I’m so glad I did. The private sessions were incredible—deeply healing and transformative. But it was during a retreat that truly opened my heart and expanded my consciousness in ways I never imagined. Helena creates such a safe and sacred space. I’m deeply grateful for everything I’ve experienced with her.
