Krista the SA is terrific
I booked in an appointment for wheel alignment. I was waiting more than 1 hour , I didn't get a call back . When I came back I was told that they just did an alignment check and charged me 52$ and they are not able to do wheel alignment and I have to rebook . I will never go back again . Very dissippointed .
I went for warranty work and an oil change. Everything was done as expected.
I rarely leave reviews, but my experience at Tantramar Chevrolet was frustrating enough that I feel compelled to share. From start to finish, the administration was a complete disappointment. Communication was disorganized, follow-ups were inconsistent, and any sense of professionalism was lacking.
