Had a pretty great time except for my first aerial yoga class we did a fall behind but I bent my knees accidentally and the fabric flipped me forward so I banged me knee on the floor. There's a huge bruise now on my knee... I think I might have liked it more if Aeriel yoga was mostly stretching and yoga.. some of the more advanced stuff was too difficult for me and my friend.
