If CASA sent you here, don't bother. Dr. Wu doesn't do flight physicals for Australia anymore despite claiming the cert with CASA. Staff was friendly, but had no idea what I was talking about.
No wonder no one has a doctor and it takes weeks to get an appointment with these hours. How are you only open 4 days a week 2 6.5 hour shifts and 2 3.5 hour shifts. Must be nice to be a family doctor or receptionist these days
If you want an appointment, you have to call first thing in the morning. I know others dislike that you can’t pre-book an appointment but I rather like this option as it gives you a good opportunity to get an appointment the same day, unlike other clinics that are fully booked before the day starts. Dr. Chu is lovely. She’s non-judgemental, and very experienced. I’ve seen her twice on separate occasions and both times, she quickly diagnosed my symptoms and provided the proper treatments. Thank you so much!
Incredibly helpful staff. My work missed some sheets that I needed for WCB and I was allowed to drop them off for Dr. Backer to fill out over a couple days. They went out of their way to help me when they didn't need to and it was very much appreciated.
Had to wait 1.5 hours on top of my appointment and the doctor “forgot” me they said and saw the next client. Very claustrophobic so not worth it just go to the emergency you’ll be seen faster You have to call 80 times from 8.30-9.20 and then maybe they will open the phone to not help you and close it on your face, waste of time
