The way I was spoken to on the phone was extremely hurtful. I work in a similar field and I understand how busy and stressful it can be but I don’t think I’ve ever spoken to anyone the way I was spoken to today. I ended the call and was in tears. I feel like you need compassion and to be kind to work in this field.
Dr.Lang has been a gift in my life. He is a doctor that truly cares about his patients and I am so grateful to have him help me navigate my health. There is at times a wait but the service is worth it every time.
