My Family has been blessed for the past seven years receiving respectful, caring medical treatment, diagnosis, and referrals of the highest standards at The Family Practice. The reception and nursing Team are most patient and caring and we have been fortunate to be cared for by five of the Doctors over time, and they can all be categorized as respectful, caring, knowledgeable and humble professionals. The way I was spoken to on the phone was extremely hurtful. I work in a similar field and I understand how busy and stressful it can be but I don’t think I’ve ever spoken to anyone the way I was spoken to today. I ended the call and was in tears. I feel like you need compassion and to be kind to work in this field.
Dr.Lang has been a gift in my life. He is a doctor that truly cares about his patients and I am so grateful to have him help me navigate my health. There is at times a wait but the service is worth it every time.
