I had a terrible experience with this shop. I took my car in for a simple door replacement, and they originally estimated it would take 3-4 weeks. It ended up taking a total of 7 weeks just for that. Throughout the process, I had to call multiple times just to get one return call, and every time I called, they assured me my car would be ready by a certain day, only for that day to come and go with no updates. Just picked up my Taco after a fender bender. These guys were great the process was super easy with my insurance as they were a preferred repair shop. They quoted 4 weeks turn around and I got it back in 3. It looks great and every one I dealt with was very nice. Thanks for making it look like new
