Amazing service!
If you have had a less than great experience with the body shop in the past now is the time to try again! Joe Scott has done an amazing job getting this place together. The experience was honestly perfect. I was texted updates, informed when something additional was found, informed when the vehicle was being wrapped up and even texted and called when completed. One star is being too generous. After my brand new car was hit and insurance sent us here, it was returned to us without a functioning headlight/blinker and fluid containers were replaced but not filled. It was as if no inspection was done before returning the car. They truly soiled the entire Tansky brand for my household.
Worst experience with any body shop ever. For three weeks I've been told "it'll be ready tomorrow." Nobody ever calls you back when promised. Each time is a different excuse "Just this and then it'll be done" yet it's still not done and something new needs to be completed. It was originally scheduled to be done on 7/24, then 8/4, then last week I was told 8/21 but it's the 26th and just was told "tomorrow" again. They've had my car for almost 7 weeks now.
