Unprofessional!!! Drove an hour to see a car at tanksy used to find out it was being purchased as I arrived I left my number in case it fell through. Was called back after the deal did fall through drove another hour to have them trying to sell the vehicle to someone else after telling me to come back waited hours. Finally got the car I wanted brought it back for service an hour away as it needed an alignment and was given back to me still out of alignment! Service department is very nice and do a great job. However PARTS department is horrible. They don’t return messages or phone calls. When you do reach someone, they always say they will have manager call you back. They don’t. I don’t think they have a manager actually. So get your parts on line or from other dealers that actually have a parts department.

Every time I've taken my vehicle in to your service center all the warning lights are on when I leave. It is the reason I no longer take my vehicle there and have someone else perform all services (this was recall so a dealer was the only option). Two times I was told "it was like that when I brought it in and two times I was handed a list of items that were supposedly the reason for the lights being on. I’m a regulars customer at Tansky Toyota. Today March 7th morning I went there for an oil change at 6.50am. They opened the gate at 7am and I went inside to meet the service manager and I told him that I’m a returning customer only for the oil change today. He immediately told me that he can’t service my car with out appointment. I begged him that I drove these many miles this morning to just get the oil change which takes only 10 minutes. Quality service, supportive staff
Predatory service charges are part of the culture at Tansky Sawmill Toyota. My wife took our Corolla there for an oil change yesterday and was subtly upcharged close to $500 for "flushes" that are not on the recommended maintenance schedule (per Toyota) for our vehicle. She was led to believe these would be quick and inexpensive inspection type items which is why she didn't call me before confirming. Every one I dealt with was great! Tanya was my sales person, very friendly and helpful but not pushy. The lady (can't remember the name) that made it possible for me to get my Rav4 that I wanted was awesome too, very patient with me and helpful. Then Rich the finance guy just put the cherry on top.
