Impressed. Been looking for a new RAV4 for months, and was finally able to secure one. If you are looking for a toyota, call Tansky and ask for Makayla Browning. She was nice, honest and exceedingly helpful-and got me the car I was searching for-especially when new cars are scarce.
After reading all the negative reviews here I’d thought I’d offer what happened to me at this hell hole of a dealership . Took my car in for a recall and after I got the car back it drives differently a lot of play in the steering wheel Torn steering wheel cover power buttons on the drivers seat no longer work but they said they magically were working . I have serviced my Toyota at different dealerships, Tansky is by far the worst customer service I've ever received!! I will not by coming here again for service or to purchase a vehicle!!!😠

Good Customer Service, I love that a complete Inspection is done on your vehicle. Will let you know about issues that needs to be done, and will look for discounts that could be used to help with the cost of repairs. The customer waiting area is always clean.

We went to Tansky looking to test drive and ready to buy a car. It was one of 4 dealerships we visited over the weekend and was by far the worst. Upon arriving we were greeted by who would become the “specialist” we worked with and she was wearing leggings that said “Victoria Secret” down the leg. The staff should be provided with face masks that fit properly and be asked to wear them above their nose. While waiting in the lobby for service I observed 3 staff members not wearing masks correctly. Disappointed that they don't train their staff to value the safety of their guests.

Stay away from the service department. If you like being ignored, treated like a number, waiting for hours because no one bothers to let you know your car is done. ignored by managers and service advisors, never having your calls returned, and getting hung up on when you try to make a service appointment - then this place is for you. otherwise go ANYWHERE ELSE - at Tansky you will literally be left out in the cold (28 degrees and no one is allowed in the building! The service department took advantage of my 79 year old mother and charged her almost $900 to replace an alternator in her Toyota. I called my trusted and very well qualified mechanic and he said it should have cost about $275.00. What a rip off! You should be ashamed of yourself.
