I bought a one year tanning package and used 3 months of it when my husband and I found out we are pregnant. I called and asked if there was some way I could put a hold on the account. The girl on the phone said "oh yeah for sure a manger will give you a call back." Well a couple of weeks go by and I get a text from TANSATIONS so that reminded me they never called so I called. Amazing staff! I'm glad I picked this salon for my first spray tan. The receptionist took the time to walk me through everything. 1000% going back.
The young ladies at Tansation are always super friendly. They always put a smile on my face. Before CoVid-19, I could say that THEY always had a smile on their face as well. Even when they are busy, they take their time with every single customer. I have been a manager and an owner for many years and Courtney would be an asset to ANY business. She is a gem.
