I have been going here with my family for years and we always have a great experience. The food is delicious and reasonably priced. The service is timely and clean. Staff here are really friendly and helpful. Christian knows my families order by heart now and some of the other staff remember us from coming in often. The best ramen in the area.
Order the pork broth ramen Eggs should be soft boiled and fermented in mirin and soy. Had ramen as a dozen places in japan, this is standard. Asked for spicy and didn't get it. Honestly the Japanese aren't great at this so understandable. Noodles and veg are good
