Dope ramen joint for sure. I had the Tonkotsu and was pleasantly surprised they had grated garlic and chili oil at the table to add. I’d say the highlight is their ajitama, it’s genuinely some of the best I’ve had in the states. It’s a great spot, and very clearly loved since the place was nearly packed at opening when I went. The server was awesome too. Highly recommend.
Grilled chicken ramen was very over done and tough. Tastes like it was old and reheated. Chicken teriyaki was dry and over done as well. Ginger salad tasted and smelled like onions l, after requesting no onions with the meal.
Best ramen in the 757.
