Great food, great service, authentic cozy atmosphere. Recommended. Very small place so you should do a reservation.
Top notch (at least as good as if not better than sasabune, gari, ishikawa, etc) but it doesn’t really feel like great value at $300 for two people. I think it needs like 5 more pieces in its omakase at this price for me to feel differently (and actually full after the meal). At this price point if I’m splurging on top notch edomae style sushi, i’m pretty tempted to spend more like $500 to get nice ambiance, drinks, and enough sushi built into the pre fixe price. Great place.
Went for dinner, they have 3 seatings and it’s 1.5 hours each. 12 courses for $128, we didn’t ordered extra and that really tipped the scale on the bill for us. BYOB is lovely. Overall, the fish was EXCELLENT, my favorite was the striped jack and marinated blue fin tuna. Would definitely come back!
