That brunette woman thats always behind the counter that's been here for years, is a rude individual , the way she talks to her customers is really unprofessional and i would say the day they let ger go(but i have a feeling shes a manager here) is the day this business will get WAY better! I feel sorry for her workers, especially how i heard her treating one especially it was the brunettes OWN mistake that caused the problem.NO WAY I'd be tolerant of a person like this regardless of their position.
