I can safely say this practice puts themselves before public. The ombudsman has been informed and due process will follow. I would love to add context but for privacy reasons I won’t. The receptionists are fantastic. Sadly a doctor and management are below standard.

Complaint about the air conditioning it's so cold it's ridiculous you should supply blankets for people to wear while they are in there it will cause illness to some people. Are you trying to get more patients by making them ill with chest complaints etc.

I’m a GP myself and was appalled by the experience here. I’m new to the area and booked appointment 1 week in advance for my 4-month old baby’s vaccines and I had told the receptionists in advance it was for the vaccine. As a GP I know it is crucial to provide as much info as possible when booking appointments so patients don’t face any hurdles when they arrive for their appointments.
