I’m a GP myself and was appalled by the experience here. I’m new to the area and booked appointment 1 week in advance for my 4-month old baby’s vaccines and I had told the receptionists in advance it was for the vaccine. As a GP I know it is crucial to provide as much info as possible when booking appointments so patients don’t face any hurdles when they arrive for their appointments. Great family practice. Friendly doctors and nurses. There is a SNP pathology in the centre and a chemist across the road.

Absolutely appalling customer service from front desk, even worse when ur phoning in.
Doc Omar what a gem. We're so sorry we have to leave the area. My husband and the doc got on like a house on fire. He has lowered blood sugars and is so caring. Nurses and staff are equally lovely will miss them all John and Linda.
