Great spot to live
Interesting to see other's comments, and perhaps the bad experiences were related to the previous tenants who have since moved elsewhere. I actually find the estate and area fine to live in. Tannum Blue is a new estate development that seems to have started almost 10 years ago during one of the construction booms. The blocks are quite small, and there's a predominance of duplexes and units with many unsold blocks that had made things feel more spacious. Seriously consider what you are actually doing if you are thinking of moving here. It's isolated, a scary small minded town. Maybe there are some good people around, good luck in locating them, they probably don't stay here very long. The Tannum Blue estate is not a place you want to be.
Great place to live. It's quiet and has a friendly community. Nice and close to the beach. Easy access to 1770, Agnes Waters and Bundaberg.
