I had them give me quotes which they did and had very lengthy and cordial conversations with the owner’s wife. When asked about a 9000$ quote for village compliance services she kept referring to standards set by the village. I was simply asking for a more detailed quote to know exactly what we’d be paying for on our property. I realize the slope of our property does make it difficult to access with machinery. Couldn't get a quote. We waited 3 weeks for them to come out and give a bid. When they finally did they weren't prepared and said they will have to get back to us. 3 weeks later I haven't heard anything. Left a message for follow up, returned call and said "working on bid still". Another week and nothing. We actually have lots of business so they lost a potentially great customer.
