Was really friendly and repaired vehicle fast. Been trying to diagnose vehicle for 5 months and able to fix.
Avoid this place, if you need transmission work done, do yourself a favor and go to Freeway Transmission. I took my vehicle in get a quote. They put it on a lift and called me to say they would need to remove the transmission to inspect it, that would be $600, and would not reinstall if I chose not to use them. I asked them for a quote as if it just needed to be replaced (worst case). They would not even give me a ballpark number. The gentlemen behind the counter is rude and unprofessional. Update: I’ve been having transmission problems for the last year and a half repair only lasted a single year. Took transmission to another company that had decent reviews and they informed me that it was not done properly and many old parts were used where new parts should have been replaced. Rebuilt transmission lasted about 35k before breaking again. Do yourself a favor and find a local transmission shop and stay away from this company and its problems. Last Friday we were headed out on a trip when a light came on the dashboard of our Honda Pilot saying “transmission system problem”. There was no issue with the car except the light. Still, we pulled off the freeway and took it here cause it was the closest place open on Black Friday, our mistake! We are now a week in, there has been ZERO communication from them.
