If I could give this pathetic excuse for a mechanic shop zero stars, I would in a heartbeat. I paid for a full transmission rebuild TWO YEARS AGO, and these people have done nothing but waste my time, take my money, and completely ruin my truck. The transmission still doesn’t shift for crap. For two solid years, it has been the exact same garbage routine: they claim they’ll fix it, keep my truck for THREE MONTHS working on it, and then hand it back with a brand-new list of excuses and conflicting stories. Car had a rebuilt transmission last year took 6 weeks. Been in shop 4 times over this year and is currently in the shop now. Been there going on 90 days for warranty work. Please avoid this place so my car can get finished. Thanks
There was 0 communication about what was going on when getting my transmission replaced. After giving them the go ahead to replace it, they had my car for about 2 1/2 months. We contacted them multiple times to get updates but all we got were run around answers or saying that they ran it to another problem. They tried to go back on any agreements made between us, so definitely recommend getting any conversations and/or agreements in writing or recording.
