Car had a rebuilt transmission last year took 6 weeks. Been in shop 4 times over this year and is currently in the shop now. Been there going on 90 days for warranty work. Please avoid this place so my car can get finished. Thanks
There was 0 communication about what was going on when getting my transmission replaced. After giving them the go ahead to replace it, they had my car for about 2 1/2 months. We contacted them multiple times to get updates but all we got were run around answers or saying that they ran it to another problem. They tried to go back on any agreements made between us, so definitely recommend getting any conversations and/or agreements in writing or recording. Had my car for two months now warranty work, short staff, change of staff, closed two locations, excuse after excuse. Do not go here worst experience for an auto repair so far…
I gave 2 stars only because they did a good job on my e4od out of a 96 bronco, 2 weeks, in and out. Transmission is running well. 1 year later I brought in a 91 dodge ram with a getrag 360. Manual transmission. They failed miserably, 5 months of excuses ranging from employees calling in sick, waiting on parts and too busy. After I got the truck back, the rebuild failed. Car received a full rebuilt transmission in June 2025 5400.00 and it’s been in the shop 5 times since, once for axel leak 30 days after install, then 4 more times since for transmission stall, miss, slow to shift etc… two locations have closed now all work is being done at Sandy location. Do not use their services right now.
