This place has been literally speechless on how bad it is. I brought in my 2015 Mustang GT Premium 6 speed manual in late February. It sat there til mid March with no one working on it. Finally I call them and authorize them to take my Transmission apart, and all they do is take it out and leave it on a bench. Then they look at my clutch and say the tranny is good and the clutch is bad. I’ve been reading a lot of bad reviews but I’m not going to judge too quickly. They were nice to me when I brought my Mustang in so I will give them a chance. So far I haven’t been called to let me know what’s happening and I had to call in. Updates: still waiting on a call, Talked with Blane and he didn’t give me a straight forward answer of what’s wrong. Appalling Service and Discriminatory Behavior – Avoid at All Costs I rarely leave negative reviews, but the experience my girlfriend had at this establishment was so egregious that I feel obligated to warn others.
