I couldn't be happier with my experience at Tanner Spring! Marketing Director, Sam, is amazing! Not only is he professional, but he is also compassionate and understanding making the admission process flawless. The staff go above and beyond for residents and provide excellent care. I highly recommend Tanner Spring Assisted Living & Memory Care.

This is a horrible, worst facility I have ever seen Staffs are mean, the dirty and stinking, the residents rooms and toilets extremely dirty. I was given 30 residents to take care of ny myself it was soo hard for me, i had to so laundry and shower, and it’s like a family facility, they look down on people who don’t work there. I love Tanner Spring! This home for my 92 year old mother has been a godsend to our family. They take great care of her, their employees are caring and kind and attentive. If she needs a little more attention or care, they step right up and provide it. They communicate thoroughly and quickly showing that my mom's care is their highest priority which gives me so much peace of mind. If I could give this facility zero stars, I would. I don't know where to begin. Cleaning of rooms was atrocious. Staff can't keep track of laundry. Staff forgot to provide meals, although food was less than mediocre. Medication schedules were not followed. Staff response time when call button was pulled was slow, if they came at all. We were given the wrong medication or medication was missed. Simple orders were not followed. Run as fast as you can away from this place. Please do not subject your loved ones to this place.

There have been many improvements made in the Memory Care area, including brand new living room furniture that eliminated the odors. You could not ask for better Care Givers, these long term young people give their heart and soul to elderly care and deserve to be recognized as amazing people! We constantly strive to better the environment and have a open family community who meet monthly via Zoom with State Ombudsmen and Management to address ongoing concerns. .
