As a new employee with Tanner Spring and having worked in the healthcare industry for many years. It's great to see such a close team that is resident focused and a community of residents that really helps one another. I applaud the management for building a great community culture within these walls.
I’ve worked here for 6 months. I’ve had a hard time finding a job I LOVED. A job that feels at home when I’m not at home. A job I feel like I have a family. I come to work happy. I come to work and hug all my residents through my shift. I laugh with them sometimes we dance. I couldn't be happier with my experience at Tanner Spring! Marketing Director, Sam, is amazing! Not only is he professional, but he is also compassionate and understanding making the admission process flawless. The staff go above and beyond for residents and provide excellent care. This is a horrible, worst facility I have ever seen Staffs are mean, the dirty and stinking, the residents rooms and toilets extremely dirty. I was given 30 residents to take care of ny myself it was soo hard for me, i had to so laundry and shower, and it’s like a family facility, they look down on people who don’t work there.
