Absolutely not worth the hassle. Taking pictures,particularly family photos, should be exciting and joyful. This company does an excellent job of making it stressful. We paid to take pictures with them at our local school. We paid a fee to get an 11 x 14 print. After taking the photos we were told that we would have to come back up to the school at an unknown time in which to view the pictures in an attempt to upsell.
