Don't need to write much of a review here. Just read the other one star reviews and that is basically the same issue I had. Was told they would round up the supplies for my water heater based on the photos I had sent. Never showed up. Sent follow up texts and tried calling again with no answer. Still sitting without a working water heater 4 days later with no response.

Tanner is great! Knowledgeable, dedicated, and relatable. Tanner is a small business owner and it seems he's the employee, so with how many jobs he probably takes in a day the least I can do is leave a glowing review after helping me with my crisis for a great price. Thank you Tanner!

called in the morning with an emergency and he said he would be here in the afternoon and he never showed. he never left any messages or tried to contact me saying he wouldn’t be able to make it and is not answering texts or calls. if i could leave no stars i would
