I do a lot of work on my B7 Audi A4 Avant and like to have my car "worry free". I am meticulous about maintenance. They are very honest about their assessment. I had earlier taken my mini cooper for a repair and after testing, they suggeated no repair was needed. This time I took my bmw x7 for thrust rods replacement. They ordered the parts and completed the replacement in half a day. Their price was half of what the service center quoted. Both cars have been driving fine now
Great place to get your car maintenance done. I appreciate them and will keep them as my auto service provider going forward. They did an after purchase inspection on a used car for me. They are fair, detailed and fast.
Incompetent diagnostic work, at least from the technician who worked on my car. I brought my 2013 Volvo XC60 here specifically because Tanner advertises itself as a Volvo specialist. The car had multiple strange electrical/communication and low-voltage faults. After their diagnosis, their proposed next step was nearly $1,000 in CEM/ECM/TCM software reloads.
