It’s been almost a year and still haven’t had anyone come out to finish the checklist. We have missing light fixtures, trim missing, broken dishwasher, scuffed up fridge, all before being bought, just to name a few. Every time you call the two ladies at the front just lie and continue to lie and nothing gets taken care. DO NOT PURCHASE A HOME FROM TANNER MOBILE HOMES!
