I went to emergency room with severe RIGHT flank pain and he claims in the visit notes that he did several physical examinations due to my LEFT flank pain and had no findings. How is that possible when he didn't even touch me once? Never came closer than 3 feet to me. I was in so much pain the anti-nausea meds and pain meds didn't work and they had to give me more, yet the notes say, "She does not appear to be in acute discomfort or distress."
