We grow and sell our own hay specifically for horse owners in Virginia and Maryland that want a consistent source of quality hay throughout the year. Since we grow our own hay, we know what is in it and will not sell inferior or questionable hay to horse owners. We carefully maintain our fields to prevent the spread of weeds and other foreign plants. We ensure mold free and dust free bales. Quality Horse Hay and Equine Feed is our goal.

I’ve been using Tanner Farms for hay for six months now and have had a terrific experience so far. Deliveries to my hayloft have been efficient and orderly, and they leave my barn swept, with loose excess hay thoughtfully piled up so I can use it, too. Tristan has been so helpful as I’ve figured out my hay needs after moving from a boarding situation to operating my own boarding facility. The second cut varieties are beautiful and smell so good, our horses love it.
I have been searching for a hay supplier I could trust and rely on for some time now, and Tanner Farms is just the one! Offering a variety of high quality hay is not the only thing Tristan provides, his customer service is simply phenomenal. Tanner Farms gives you the options of delivery and unloading as well. My horses love the hay from Tanner Farms. Clean, soft, and smells so good in the barn. Had two fabulous gentleman come unload and stack in my barn. Very considerate, stacked it tight and very neat, plus made me steps to get the upper bales down. Will be buying again.
Tristan and Tanner Farms has supplied hay for my horses for at least the last 4 years. He is a "hay man" who really knows what he is doing! The hay is never moldy, always consistent and my 3 horses have done well on it year round. I also feed it to 22 horses that are boarded at a Barn I run. They all eat it well! Clean, beautiful hay! Their team arrives on time, they are super professional and leave our facility as they found it.
