Terry did not ask any questions beyond what meds I am currently taking. No questions about physical issues …i.e. pain, discomfort etc. He did not perform a physical exam. If, so I would have remembered to tell him about my cold feet and numbness. Not sure these are related to my condition. Thank you for the survey.
