Very friendly and professional. I would go back to them again
We waited over an hour because they took a walk in over our scheduled appointment even though we were there early. Then she did a screening and said his hearing was probably fine and I had to ask for her to do the full evaluation which is what we were scheduled for. During the hearing evaluation if he didn’t answer right she said that he just kept getting off task which we were there to assess if he could hear.
