Such a great experience! They were quick to take me back to the room. Explained everything in detail to me and gave me options to take charge of my own care. Dr. Firszt was knowledgeable and really listened to my concerns. Dr. Firszt has been key to helping me connect with other specialists needed as well.
Dr. Firszt is super knowledgeable, a good listener, validating, thorough, and willing to think outside the box.
Dr Firszt is very knowledgeable, but his bedside manner isn’t always the best. I’ve been here a few times between 2022-2026 to see that fluctuate. You never know whether he’s going to be receptive and helpful (or not) until you’re there. If you have a weight problem like I do, I highly recommend going somewhere else. If a specific allergy isn’t immediately discovered (despite having allergy symptoms), you will likely be dismissed and even scolded for your weight with no real chance to explain what you’re experiencing. Dr Firszt is awesome! He’s so knowledgeable and always takes the time to talk with you during your visit to make sure you are doing well and comfortable with treatments. His staff is wonderful too! Misty has always been so helpful with navigating prescriptions and insurance. His Med assistant, Kaylee (spelling?) is the best! My last visit she had us cracking up and was such a joy to be around which is much needed especially in medical when things are always so rushed and usually stressful.
One of the best first Dr appointments I have ever had. Very thorough, personable, to the point and helpful.
