Looking at other reviews, I guess I shouldn’t be surprised that I was another that got a surprise bill after being told my appointment would be $150; only for them to turn around and say oh no it was actually $270 that was just a “deposit.” was never revealed was never talked about. They just decide on a whim what they’re going to charge you and bill you after the fact. I was told before my appointment that my self-pay amount would be $150, and that is what I was charged at the front desk. After the visit, I received a letter saying I owed an additional $200, with the threat of being sent to collections if I didn’t pay. I felt pressured and paid the bill, but this was not what I was quoted ahead of time. Patients deserve clear, upfront pricing without surprise charges after the fact.

My child & I have been coming here for food Allergy treatment for multiple allergies for 4 years now! We've had slowdowns in treatment due to reactions (never direct reactions to the OIT dose though) But we've pushed through and felt supported in doing so.
