She was so great and patient. Very willing to explain things! Thank you!
She was very thorough and explained the results of her test. She found someone that could clean out my ears and tool molds, then explained what they looked like. She was patient and asked if I had more questions. We continue to search for the best hearing aides for me, but are getting closer.
