We have seen Dr Florek several times with all of our kids. Even if the urgent care waiting room is full, she takes the time to listen to our questions and concerns and never makes us feel rushed. She has always been so sweet with my grumpy sick kids! I have recommended her to all my neighbors.
Went in, she swabbed me for flu and got nothing. I was crazy sick and she told me she was positive that I had the flu, but prescribed me an antibiotic for Pneumonia? Turns out I'm allergic. I have come here a few times and the experience hadn't changed at all. Very disappointing. I felt very ignored and not taken care of. I will not be going back here.

Lindsay Florek was patient, kind and understanding when I brought my elderly mother into the clinic. She listened to all our concerns and treated us with respect. She is very knowledgeable and set my mother at ease with her diagnosis. Thanks for such a positive experience!
Dr. Florek is an amazing Doctor. I have 4 very young children and she is always so cute with them. We love going to her.
