The VA set up an appointment for me but when I got there no one knew what to do and they had no record of my referral. After a half hour of back and forth a gal from another bldg came over to help them figure it out! She was there literally 1 min and I was good to go..I go in the room and I'm going through the health screen questions, BP etc with the nurse in the room and a billing person just walks in the door and asks for my referral letter and I explain to her that I dont have one the appointment was made on Thursday of l... read more
Tanner clinics billing system is substandard . Never have I received a billing statement that showed the correct balance. Medical staff has been good though. Parking lot entrance on the southeast needs repair for over 2 years.
Very mean receptionist
Today I went in to see Bonnie kennington for an ultrasound. I have no complaints about her, she was kind and knowledgeable!! I’m only giving this review 2 stars because of the front desk receptionists. I called a few days before my appointment to see if they had any later spots open, so I scheduled one for 12 instead of 9. I got confirmation texts and everything. The next day I got 3 phone calls all very relatively close together and it was at a time I was unable to answer my phone. Proving one location at a time that they are in fact a business and do not care about peoples health. Refused to see my pregnant wife unless we paid a $200 copay. Which while registering online, it said our copay is $0. Even when I scheduled her appointment, they said no there will be no copay upfront. Very shady. Used car sales people of the medical field.
