Waited quite a while just for a flu mist treatment for my child. Multiple patients that checked in after us went in before us. I finally asked the receptionist how much longer the wait would be and reminded her we had been there for quite some time waiting. She explained there were only 3 doctors in. Flu mist treatment does not require a Dr to see you. Only a nurse. A nurse finally took us back. She seemed quite annoyed and not friendly at all. No smile. No thank you. No have a good day. I had a great experience getting an exam done at the CT/MRI department at this location. The receptionists were welcoming and informed me of everything I needed to know. Roger, the radiology tech was a delight. He walked me through the exam step by step and informed me of everything I needed to know. Definitely a 5/5 experience. I would highly recommend getting imaging done here if you need it.
Dr Madson and his staff are always so kind. I never feel rushed and I appreciate that.
