He was very attentive and informative. Gave the diagnosis and prescribed the medication but never sent it for almost 41/2 hours. By then it was too late to take the medication today! I wonder why you call it URGENT Care?? Thanks for the pain all day!!
This was my first interaction with Dr. Thompson, as soon as he came in the room it felt like he knew me. He listened, didn't make me feel like I was stupid and that I did know something about my issues and explained to me tests and treatments in ways that I could understand.
I thought this guy was pretty rad! He helped me out a lot! Kudos man!
The PA and the medical assistant were great. They made me as comfortable as possible! The lab for my blood draw was not so good. I don’t know what happened but they had no sense of urgency and they had to redraw my blood. I don’t know what they were doing but I don’t think they were doing their job. The gal who did my CT scan was great as well. What should have been an hour or less appointment turned in to over 3 hours.
