Dr Nelson had fine bed-side manner and was easy to talk to. The huge issue is that he is IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of. I have NEVER received a response from him (or his nurses) from voicemails or the online patient portal. I was seeing him for migraines/tension headaches, and he prescribed a medication to try out. It didn't work, I couldn't get a hold of him for an entire week, then another week. Still having migraines. Finally had to schedule an appointment just to tell him it didn't work. Dr. Chadd Nelson is outstanding. He is very knowledgeable and is always willing to listen. I would recommend him to anybody looking for a great doctor. He never rushes through appointments and makes sure all of your questions are answered. I have never had to wait more than five minutes to be seen and the front office is always kind.
STAY AWAY from this doctor, and if you have anyone that you love or care about DO NOT refer them to him. We have had the same family Dr through Tanner Clinic for quite some many years, and were referred to this one because ours retired. I have to say it was the biggest mistake giving him the benefit of the doubt. I have never met a doctor that is so lacking in empathy, or knowledge. I’ve seen Dr Nelson a few times over the past almost year and he’s always been amazing. He listens and never makes me feel like I’m wasting his time. Would recommend!
