I just recently bought a 2024 Jeep Wagoneer from Darrell. He actually found the vehicle after I told him what I wanted. There are many good things that I can say about this experience. Darrell made me comfortable no matter what we were discussing. He answered all of my questions and addressed any concerns I might have. I am very disappointed. I have went here for the past three years and they have been great. I was just there the other day and to me they took me across. Was there one day to talk about a vehicle the next day it was gone I was still interested and they couldn’t even bother to call or nothing and say anything of hey don’t have your hopes up. My husband and I were just there . A little Jeep Wrangler caught my eye . So we went in to see what we could get worked out . The little girl behind the glass seemed friendly and nice . Told us the salesman Alex was in the bathroom. Ok fine . I sit down to wait while my husband went to look at the truck deals . 15-20 minutes later. Still no sign of Alex .
