Lovely polite staff and doctors. The doctors really take the time to listen and help, its nice to not be rushed or feel like your on a conveyer belt getting pushed out of the door so they can get through as many people as possible which has been my experience with the previous 2 surgery's i have been with here in paisley. The only gripe I do have is, as with most surgery's in the area (thanks covid) they operate on a appointment by calling in that morning but they dont have a queuing system which makes it that bit harder try... read more

Come over get inhalers without ever being diagnosed son had ambulance out with the pain he was in and this is what they told him over phone absolute joke of a surgery

This is the worst services ever, The help desk should be called a grave desk. I complain about mild Tommy pain and they told me all appointments booked. I called over 3hrs before I could get a response and the lady was just saying sorry I have to call back tomorrow. It’s a nightmare reaching the hospital and afterwards if you were lucky they will turn your request down. Worst service ever.

Phoned. When my mum died doctor manhood put me on 3 sleeping tablets I phoned back for something else the woman doctor that sits don’t care to know her name doctor Bati I think thought I was phoning up for medications I said to her I’m not phoning for you to put me on meds it’s my health and I need a sick line bearing in mind my mum had just passed she was as cold a winter no empathy for her patients then she ended up putting me back on meds that I was not to get but did need them as I had a back flair up but when I went to ... read more
