I felt so comfortable and confident in my care.
I had knee replacement surgery at Eaton Rapids Medical Center. I cannot say enough about the wonderful staff here and the care I received! They all made this experience so great and put me at ease! ALL of the people working here are so kind and helpful and caring! I highly recommend Eaton Rapids Medical Center for your needs! Such an amazing facility! Fantastic work everyone! All of you really know your jobs! Thank you for everything!
I’m not sure who was working the desk at the lab on 8/21/2026 around 5:15pm, but she is extremely rude. The patient and I came in with orders from the patients doctor and the lady at the desk told us, extremely rudely, that we needed to go register, fine. We come back and she was getting ready to go on a break it seemed and huffed when we came back to the lab desk for a blood draw. If I have my choice. I will always choose ERMC. I’m closer to Foot Hospital who are great, but Eaton Rapids being a smaller hospital is so much easier to navigate. The pre, and postoperative nurse staff are kind, caring, and professional. A pleasure to interact with. They make going into a surgery, which can be very stressful easy.
