Everyone from the front desk, Allison, Dr. Nichols, nurses, and others took excellent care of me. The team they put together cared about my concerns and went above and beyond. Even the check-in process for surgery was a positive experience. Everyone seemed happy and that for me, made me very comfortable and relaxed. I would highly recommend Dr. Nichols/Team with any surgeries you may need.
I would highly, highly recommend Dr. Tann Nichols. Recently, I had a serious fall requiring extensive back surgery to repair. Dr. Nichols explained what needed to be done, how I would progress with time, what to expect now as well as in the future and answered all of my questions thoroughly and honestly. If you find yourself in a situation where you need a spine expert, Dr. Nichols is amazing.
Dr Nichols was great, the surgery went very well and I woke up in less pain than I went under; also the physical therapy staff at Mayfield are awesome.
